These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MH-Pitch platform operated by MH PITCH LTD (Company No. 17434682). By creating an account or using MH-Pitch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Version: 1.0. Effective date: 9 September 2026.
1. About MH-Pitch
MH-Pitch is a digital platform designed for UK grassroots football clubs, coaches, players, and administrators. It helps clubs manage teams, record attendance, run skill challenges, view leaderboards, manage calendars, create session plans, and communicate within a club environment.
MH-Pitch is operated by MH PITCH LTD, trading as MH-Pitch. The company was incorporated on 2 September 2026 and is registered in England and Wales. Further registration details are on our Company Information page.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
You accept these Terms when you tick the acceptance checkbox during account registration or when you continue to use MH-Pitch after we publish updated Terms that apply to you.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not create an account for anyone else without proper authority.
- Club administrators are responsible for ensuring coaches and players they invite are appropriately authorised to join their club.
4. Club Administrators, Coaches and Players
MH-Pitch supports different account roles, including club administrators, coaches, and players. Role permissions determine what each user can view and do within a club. Coaches may only manage teams they are assigned to. Players may view information relevant to their teams subject to platform permissions.
5. Children and Young Users
MH-Pitch is used in grassroots football, which may include children and young people. During the initial beta, Player accounts are created through team invite links issued by the club — not through unrestricted public self-registration. Adults creating accounts for minors, or minors using a club-issued invite, are responsible for ensuring that use of MH-Pitch is appropriate and complies with applicable safeguarding requirements.
We do not claim that MH-Pitch replaces club safeguarding policies, parental responsibility, or statutory safeguarding obligations.
6. Club and Coach Responsibilities
- Clubs and coaches are responsible for how they use player information within the platform.
- Clubs must ensure invite links and team access are shared appropriately.
- Clubs remain responsible for safeguarding, supervision, and communication with players and parents or guardians.
- Coaches should only record attendance and results that are accurate and fairly obtained.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Do not use the platform to harass, bully, or exploit any person, including children.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service without permission.
8. Challenges, Results and Leaderboards
Coaches and authorised club staff may create challenges and review player results. Leaderboards display approved results within a club or team context. MH-Pitch does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted results. Clubs and coaches are responsible for reviewing submissions before they count on leaderboards where approval workflows apply.
9. Video and Content Uploads
Certain upload features may be introduced over time. Where upload functionality is available, you must only upload content you have the right to share and that is appropriate for a youth football environment. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
10. User-Generated Content
You retain responsibility for content you submit, including session plans, diagrams, notes, results, club logos, uploaded documents, and communications entered into MH-Pitch. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service for your club.
11. Safeguarding
Clubs using MH-Pitch remain responsible for their own safeguarding policies and procedures. If you have safeguarding concerns relating to use of the platform, contact your club immediately and, where appropriate, relevant authorities. You may also contact us using the details in section 26. See our Safeguarding & Children's Privacy page.
12. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription in future, including enhanced player features where offered (for example Player+). Where billing is enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider such as Stripe. Pricing, billing intervals, and feature access will be shown before you purchase.
13. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials or promotional access from time to time. Any such offer will be subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.
14. Referral Programme
MH-Pitch may offer referral incentives for clubs. Referral rewards, if any, are subject to programme rules displayed in the product and may change or end at any time.
15. Cancellation
You may stop using MH-Pitch at any time. Paid subscriptions, when available, may be cancelled according to the billing terms shown at purchase. Account deletion options are available in account settings, subject to retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, if use poses a risk to others, or if required by law. Clubs may remove members from teams in accordance with club processes and platform functionality.
17. Intellectual Property
MH-Pitch, its branding, software, and content we provide are owned by MH PITCH LTD or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as necessary to use the service.
18. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep MH-Pitch available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
19. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Where changes materially affect your use, we will take reasonable steps to inform account holders.
20. Disclaimer
MH-Pitchis provided for club management and player development support. It does not provide professional coaching, medical, legal, or safeguarding advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of MH-Pitch, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct to the extent permitted by law.

24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is 1.0 (effective 9 September 2026). Material changes may require renewed acceptance within the product.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
